Ben Ryan
General Manager, Product
Mr Ryan joined Kathmandu in May 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the outdoor and action sports industry, with global exposure, particularly in Asia and Australasia, for international brands like The North Face, VANS and Salomon.
Mr Ryan spent nearly 4 years with Amer Sports, developing the Salomon brand within the Asia Pacific markets and over 5 years with VF Corporation based in Hong Kong in product and global strategy roles

Joined Kathmandu in 2008 with an extensive and varied background in operations management within the aviation industry with Ansett and Qantas New Zealand, and Origin Pacific Airways; and Human Resources, Learning & Development, Dangerous Goods & Safety management within commercial and manufacturing industries.

Joined Kathmandu in 2007, after eight years with The Warehouse, where he had responsibility for delivering change across the supply chain and the merchandise function.
