Group Chief Financial Officer
Joined Kathmandu in 2014, with over 10 years in senior group finance and analyst roles at FMCG, pharmaceutical, and technology multinationals including Cadbury, Alliance Boots and Tait Communications.
Chris began his career in audit at PwC. Mr Kinraid is Company Secretary.

Joined Kathmandu in May 2010 with over 10 years experience in senior financial management roles, including TaylorMade-adidas Golf, Meridian Energy, and KPMG.
Chief Executive Officer - Rip Curl
Joined Rip Curl in 2002 and fulfilled the roles of CFO and then COO before being appointed to the CEO of Rip Curl in January 2013. While based predominantly in the Torquay head office, Michael spent over two years in the USA for Rip Curl. Prior to joining Rip Curl, Michael spent 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers across Australia and the USA specializing in servicing mining industry clients with debt or equity registered in the USA.

Joined Kathmandu in July 2014 with over 20 years’ experience implementing all-of-business solutions, across a wide range of industry sectors, to deliver business outcomes. Prior roles with Farmlands, Intergen, HP Enterprise, and Ernst & Young.
Group Legal Counsel
Joined Rip Curl over 20 years ago after commencing his legal career with Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills) in the mergers and acquisitions field, followed by 3 years with boutique corporate advisory firm Centaurus. Tony has acted as Rip Curl’s Group Legal Counsel throughout his time with the company, as well as taking on the role of Rip Curl’s Group CFO from 2013 to 2017.
Group Chief Supply Chain Officer
Joined Kathmandu in 2007, with over 20 years’ experience across Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Project management and Financial functions including multiples head office roles within The Warehouse Group prior commencing at Kathmandu.
President Obōz / Kathmandu North America
Joined Oboz / Kathmandu in 2019 and has extensive experience in the outdoor and fashion industries with a wide range of skills including retail, brand marketing, distribution strategy, and sales management. More recently, Amy held executive roles at Smartwool and Lucy Activewear, both part of VF Corporation.
