Kathmandu intends to drive sales growth through:
- continuing the store rollout in Australia and New Zealand;
- optimising its existing store footprint;
- introducing new products; and
- continuing to develop its online capabilities through its website.
In addition to these sales growth strategies, Kathmandu has opportunities to enhance proﬁtability through controlling cost as the business grows, through further investing in systems and technology to deliver efﬁciencies and savings, in particular through a reduction in supply chain costs and lead times and improved inventory management.
